How to book your experience
To book your tour or discuss customised tour options, simply submit the booking enquiry form above.
We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm tour availability for your requested dates and any special requests.
Once we’ve confirmed the dates and details of your tour, we’ll send you a Conditional Reservation email. This includes your unique reference number, which you’ll need to quote when making a payment to secure your tour.
You have the option to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront, so you can pay the remainder up to circa 42 days before your tour starts, Or, you may want to pay it in full now. Either way, we give you the flexibility to choose. If you’re booking your tour less than 30 days before your tour start date, you’ll need to pay the full cost upfront to confirm your booking.
Once we receive your payment of deposit (upon which, we start reserving the accommodation for you) or full cost, together with a copy of your certificate of medical/travel insurance, your tour will be confirmed. After we have these and your information that we requested in the Conditional Reservation form, we will prepare and send you your booking confirmation form. Upon full payment and you registering via our Client-only Resources page, you will be given access all the information on that page. This will include our exclusive Morocco Insider Guide, to help you prepare for your trip.
