We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm tour availability for your requested dates and any special requests.

Once we’ve confirmed the dates and details of your tour, we’ll send you a Conditional Reservation email. This includes your unique reference number, which you’ll need to quote when making a payment  to secure your tour.

You have the option to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit upfront, so you can pay the remainder up to 30 days before your tour starts, Or, you may want to pay it in full now. Either way, we give you the flexibility to choose. If you’re booking your tour less than 30 days before your tour start date, you’ll need to pay the full cost upfront to confirm your booking.

Once we receive your payment of deposit or full cost, your tour will be confirmed. You will then be sent your booking confirmation. Upon full payment and you registering via our Client Resources page, you will be sent a member code to access all the information on that page. This will include our exclusive Morocco Insider Guide, to help you prepare for your trip.
